I am your Empowerment Recruiting Mentor. I love the sh** out of softball. It all started with tee ball and while my teammates picked dandelions in the outfield I was running past them to get the ball.

  • After Tee Ball I played until I retired my cleats in 2013 from UNC Chapel Hill.
  • After graduation I wanted to share my love for the game through coaching.
  • I have coached rec, middle school, high school, and four seasons of college
  • Even still to this day I continue to coach through private lessons
  • However, I wanted to reach more young women and wondered how I could do that…

My "Why"

Many of the young women I recruited, coached, and became friends with faced the same challenge. They struggled with the recruiting process.

Everyone’s story was unique and carried it’s own struggles and triumphs. I myself went through it and was CLUELESS.

I started Empowered Is She to be a mentor and am here to help softball players navigate the recruiting process with honesty, confidence and collaboration.
